land acknowledgement

In the spirit of respect, reconciliation, and truth, UPLIFT acknowledges that our work takes place on the Ktunaxa Nation traditional territory. The Ktunaxa Nation has occupied the lands adjacent to the Kootenay and Columbia Rivers and the Arrow Lakes of British Columbia, Canada for more than 10,000 years.
